21-year-old Central NY man dies after being injured in rollover crash in town of Onondaga

Town of Onondaga, N.Y. — A 21-year-old Central New York man has died after being injured in a rollover crash in the town of Onondaga, deputies said Thursday.
Riley Besner, 21, of Cayuga County, died Thursday morning, said Tom Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
Besner was riding in the front passenger seat of a car that was involved in a rollover crash in the 3200 block of West Seneca Turnpike near Kencrest Drive on Nov. 3.
